In need of a facility for your custom software training? Our state-of-the-art classroom is available to rent for up to 18 students (using computers) and can accommodate more people if computers are not necessary. Our space is completely wireless and features top of the line equipment including an instructor computer as well as large LCD monitors for optimal presentation and training. Space rental also includes full IT support and onsite training room coordinator for assistance if needed. Don’t need computers for training but need a room to gather in? Along with our training center we also have two conference rooms available to suit 8 to 10 people. Please contact us for details.

Clifton Strengths Assessments
Our training instructor can help individuals and organizations unlock the mysteries of each of these themes, and help move people forward into areas of strength and efficacy. The training experience we provide is ideal for teams, staffs of organizations and churches, community groups, married or dating couples, and individuals seeking to live up to their full potential.
We offer team Strengths trainings as well as one-on-one coaching. Each of these options generally last from two to five hours. The one-on-one coaching is a more focused training experience for the individual, and the team training is more beneficial for team, community, and collaborative environments.
Team Strengths Training
The cost for this one-time training is a flat rate of $75 per participant and is ideal for groups of 3 to 50 individuals. This flat rate includes the cost of the online assessment code for each individual participant. Trainings can be held onsite at our premier training facility in Redding, or we can bring the training to your facility as well. Onsite trainings are limited to 30 participants. Ask about our special pricing for groups of more than 10 participants.
One-On-One Strengths Coaching
The cost for this training is a flat rate of $75 per individual. This process generally takes an hour and a half for individuals and just over two hours for a couple (recommended). This rate includes the cost of the online assessment code for each participant.
Strengths Video Conference Training
Do you live far from Redding? No problem! Our individual and group training is available via web conferencing as well. Our normal pricing for individual participants described above applies the same to this virtual venue option.

Gallup University has become aware of this, and has developed an assessment through which individuals can discover their top five talents. Many individuals and organizations stop the process once they receive their top five talents mostly because they are not sure of the next appropriate step.
